If you have a subscription
Most updates can be handled instantly through the subscription portal. Once an order has started processing, we’re unable to cancel or modify it.
Just FYI
- Our formula is gluten free, nut free, not tested on animals, cruelty free, paraben free, vegan, & vegetarian. Carpe is also Leaping Bunny certified!
- Find ingredients for all of our products on their individual product pages.
- Package marked as delivered but nothing's arrived? Carriers sometimes scan packages before completing the final drop-off. We recommend waiting 48 hours before reaching out. Most of the time, packages arrive within a day or two of the status update.
